Le professeur Dr. Muhammad Mashrafa est titulaire d'un baccalauréat en langue et littérature arabes du département de langue arabe de la Faculté des arts et des sciences humaines (Université d'Alep) en 1983. Il a ensuite obtenu un diplôme de troisième cycle, division linguistique, du département de langue arabe de la Faculté des Arts et des Lettres (Université d'Alep) en 1985. Il a obtenu ensuite un certificat d'études approfondies (équivalent à une maîtrise) de l'Université de Grenoble III (France) en 1990 puis un doctorat en théâtre moderne, de l'Université de Grenoble III (1993). Il a travaillé comme professeur dans l'enseignement de la langue arabe aux étrangers et de la langue arabe aux non-spécialistes. Avec plus de vingt-cinq ans d'expérience, il est professeur d'enseignement de la langue et de la littérature françaises, et professeur de « Littérature et critisime en Occident » et de « Littérature comparée ». Il a été nommé chef du département de langue arabe à la Faculté des arts de l'Université d'Alep entre 2015 et 2017. Il a également travaillé comme professeur à la Faculté de langue arabe et d'études sociales de l'Université Qassim (Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite). de 2005 à 2010. Professor Dr. Muhammad Mashrafa holds a BA in Arabic Language and Literature from the Arabic Language Department at the College of Arts and Human Sciences (University of Aleppo) in 1983. Then he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma, Linguistics Division, from the Arabic Language Department at the College of Arts and Humanities (University of Aleppo) In 1985. Then he obtained a certificate of in-depth studies (equivalent to a master’s degree) from the University of Grenoble III (France) in 1990 and then a doctorate in modern theatre, from the University of Grenoble III (1993). He worked as a professor in teaching the Arabic language to foreigners and the Arabic language to non-specialists. With more than twenty-five years of experience, he is a professor of teaching French language and literature, and a professor of “Literature and Criticism in the West” and “Comparative Literature”. He was appointed as the head of the Arabic Language Department at the College of Arts at the University of Aleppo between 2015 and 2017. He also worked as a professor at the College of Arabic Language and Social Studies at Qassim University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) from 2005 to 2010. الأستاذ الدكتور محمد مرشحة حاصل على الإجازة في اللغة العربية وآدابها من قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية (جامعة حلب) عام 1983. ثم حصل على دبلوم الدراسات العليا، شعبة اللغويات، من قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية (جامعة حلب) عام 1985. ثم حصل على شهادة الدراسات المعمّقة (تعادل الماجستير) من جامعة غرونوبل الثالثة (فرنسة) عام 1990. ومن ثم على الدكتوراه في المسرح الحديث، من جامعة غرونوبل الثالثة (1993). عمل أستاذاً في تدريس اللغة العربية للأجانب واللغة العربية لغير المختصين بها؛ بخبرة تتجاوز خمسًا و عشرين سنة؛ وأستاذاً في تدريس اللغة الفرنسية وآدابها، وأستاذاً في "الأدب والنقد في الغرب" و "الأدب المقارن". عُيِّن رئيسًا لقسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب بجامعة حلب بين عامي 2015 و 2017 كما عمل أستاذاً في كلية اللغة العربية والدراسات الاجتماعية بجامعة القصيم (المملكة العربية السعودية) من 2005 إلى 2010. لمزيد من المعلومات اضغط على صفحته المهنية في هذا الرابط.

Eclipse, 4 Apr. 2024

For the Muslim community of province of Quebec, the solar eclipse begins tomorrow PM (April 8, 2024) at 2:18 PM and ends at 4:38 PM in sha Allah (click here for more information on the eclipse). It is from the Sunnah to pray the "eclipse prayer" during the eclipse of the moon or sun.

The description of the eclipse prayer is what Ibn Qudamah and others mentioned is that to pray two rak’ahs, starting by making "Takbeer, i.e. saying Allah Akbar" in the first, then reciting Al-Fatihah and Surat Al-Baqarah, or something equivalent in length, then bowing and saying tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) as much as what it takes to make a hundred tasbeeh, then raising from bowing while saying "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", then reciting "Al-Fatiha" and surat "Al-Imran" or something in its length, then bowing and saying tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) as much as two-thirds of the first bowing, then raising from bowing while saying "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", then prostrating while lengthening it, then rising to the second rak’ah that is similar to the first where Al-Fatihah is recited and surat Al-Nisaa, then bowing and saying tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) as much as two-thirds of the last bowing, then raising from bowing while saying "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", then reciting "Al-Fatihah" and surat"Al-Ma'edah", then bowing and saying tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) as much as two-thirds of the last bowing, then raising from bowing while saying "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", then prostrating while lengthening it, then end his prayer as usual by making "Tashahhud" and salam.
This way, one would have made two rak’ahs: in each rak’ah there are two standing, two recitation, two bowing and two prostration, and if someone prays the eclipse prayer as two rak’ahs like the voluntary prayer, it is valid, and if someone prays it as 2 rak’ahs in each rak’ah there are three bowings, it is valid.

The scholars agreed that praying eclipse prayer in congregation is sunnah, and that it is also valid individually in homes and elsewhere.

Pour la communauté musulmane de la province de Québec, l'éclipse solaire commence demain en PM (8 avril 2024) à 2:18 PM et se termine à 4:38 PM in sha Allah (cliquer ici pour plus d'information sur l'éclipse). C'est de la Sunnah de prier la "prière de l'éclipse" pendant l'éclipse de la lune ou du soleil.

La description de la prière d'éclipse est ce qu'Ibn Qudamah et d'autres ont mentionné, c'est que prier deux rak'ahs, en commençant par faire "Takbir, c'est-à-dire dire Allah Akbar" dans la première, puis en récitant Al-Fatihah et Surat Al-Baqarah, ou des surats de tel grandeur, puis s'inclinant et disant tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) autant que ce qu'il faut pour faire une centaine de tasbeeh, puis se levant en s'inclinant en disant "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", puis récitant "Al-Fatiha" et sourate "Al-Imran" ou quelque chose dans sa longueur, puis s'inclinant et disant tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) pour une duré qui vaut deux tiers du première inclinaison, puis se levant après en disant "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida" , puis se prosternant en l'allongeant, puis s'élevant pour la deuxième rak'ah qui est similaire à la première où l'on récite Al-Fatihah et la sourate Al-Nisaa, puis s'inclinant et disant tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) pour une duré qui vaut deux tiers de la dernière inclinaison, puis se levant en disant "Same'a Allah Liman Hamida", puis recitant "Al-Fatihah" et la sourate "Al-Ma'edah", puis s'inclinant et disant tasbeeh (Subhan Rabbeya Al-azeem) pour une duré qui vaut deux tiers de la dernière inclinaison, puis se levant en disant "Same'a Allah" Liman Hamida", puis se prosternant en l'allongeant, puis en terminant sa prière comme d'habitude en faisant "Tashahhud" et salam.
De cette façon, on aurait fait deux rak'ah : dans chaque rak'ah il y a deux debout, deux récitations, deux inclinaison et deux prosternation, et si quelqu'un prie la prière de l'éclipse en deux rak'ah comme la prière surérogatoire, c'est valide, et si quelqu'un le prie comme 2 rak'ahs dans chaque rak'ah il y a trois inclinaisons, c'est valide.

Les érudits ont convenu que prier la prière de l'éclipse faite en congrégation est une sunna et qu'elle est également valide si faite individuellement dans les maisons et ailleurs.

بالنسبة للجالية المسلمة في مقاطعة كيبيك، يبدأ كسوف الشمس بعد ظهر الغد (8 من ابريل 2024) والذي يمتد من الساعة 2:18 ظهراوينتهي في الساعة 4:38 عصرا إن شاء الله (اضغط هنا للتعرف على مزيد من التفاصيل عن كسوف الغد). ومن السنة النبوية أن تصلي "صلاة الكسوف" أثناء خسوف القمر أو كسوف الشمس

والأصل في صلاة الكسوف ما ذكره ابن قدامة وغيره أن يصلي ركعتين يحرم بالأولى، ويستفتح ويستعيذ ويقرأ الفاتحة وسورة البقرة، أو قدرها في الطول، ثم يركع فيسبح الله تعالى قدر مائة، ثم يرفع فيقول: سمع الله لمن حمده ربنا ولك الحمد، ثم يقرأ الفاتحة وآل عمران أو قدرها في الطول، ثم يركع بقدر ثلثي ركوعه الأول، ثم يرفع فَيُسَمِّع ويُحَمِّد، ثم يسجد فيطيل السجود فيهما، ثم يقوم إلى الركعة الثانية فيقرأ سورة النساء، ثم يركع فيسبح بقدر ثلثي تسبيحه في الثانية، ثم يرفع فيقرأ الفاتحة والمائدة، ثم يركع فيطيل دون الذي سبقه، ثم يرفع فيسمع ويحمد، ثم يسجد فيطيل. فيكون الجميع ركعتين: في كل ركعة قيامان وقراءتان وركوعان وسجودان، ولو صلى صلاة الخسوف ركعتين كصلاة التطوع صح، ولو صلاها بست ركوعات في كل ركعة ثلاث ركوعات صح، فكل ذلك قد وردت به السنة.
واتفق الفقهاء على أن الجماعة سنة في صلاة الكسوف، وأنها تصح فرادى في البيوت وفي غيرها.

Pour payer le Zakat du Fitr, suivez ces trois étapes :

  1. ُEntrez le montant (en dollars CAD) que vous souhaitez payer par personne.
  2. Saisissez le nombre de personnes pour lesquelles vous souhaitez payer le Zakat du Fitr.
  3. Payer avec des cartes de débit, VISA débit et autres (les transactions sont gérées et sécurisées par PayPal)

Payez Zakat FITR Maintenant

La collecte et la distribution de Zakat Al-Fitr sont gérées par QMC-CMQ selon les directives suivantes :

  1. Zakat Al-Fitr sera donnée, comme nourriture ou en argent comptant, aux pauvres en Égypte avant la prière du Eid.
  2. La collecte de Zakat sera bloquée à minuit le dernier jour du Ramadan, c'est-à-dire que le système de paiement en ligne ne sera plus disponible (car après cette heure, nous ne pourrons pas distribuer l'argent/la nourriture avant la prière de Eid).
  3. La valeur de Zakat tient compte des différentes décisions des Savants et Érudits religieux au Canada (à partir de 15$ CAD par personne). Vous êtes libre de choisir le montant qui vous convient.
  4. Le montent tient en compte aussi les frais de transaction requis pour la collecte d'argent local et pour le transfert d'argent internationalement (0,3 $ frais plat par transaction locale + 3% par transaction locale + 15 $ de frais par chaque transfert international pour la grande somme d'argent).
  5. la totalité de l'argent reçu sera entièrement distribué aux pauvres. QMC ne reçoit rien de cet argent, mais en plus elle paie pour soutenir le processus de réception et de distribution de l'argent aux pauvres.

  1. Choose the amount (CAD dollars) you want to pay per person.
  2. Enter the amount of persons you want to pay Zakat Fitr for.
  3. Pay using debit, VISA debit or other types of cards (transaction are operated and secured by PayPal)

Zakat Al-Fitr collection and distribution is managed by QMC-CMQ according to the following guidelines:

  1. Zakat Al-Fitr will be given, as food or in cash money, to poor people in Egypt before Salat of Eid.
  2. Collection of Zakat will be blocked at midnight of the last day of Ramadan, i.e. the online payment system will be no more available (because we will not be able to guarantee handing Zakat collected after that time to ).
  3. The value of Zakat accounts for the different decisions of scholars in Canada (starting from 15 $ CAD per person). You are free to choose the value that is convenient to you.
  4. Adding the transaction fees required local money collection and for international money transfer (0.3$ flat fee per local transaction + 3% per local transaction).
  5. All money received will be totally distributed to poor. QMC receives nothing of this money, instead it pays to support the process of receipt and distribution of money to poor.

* قيمة زكاة الفطر هي حسب مختلف آراء العلماء في كندا (ابتداء من 15 دولار كندي للفرد). أنت حر في اختيار قيمة زكاة المال التي تناسبك.

Pour payer le Zakat du Fitr, suivez ces trois étapes :

  1. ُEntrez le montant (en dollars CAD) que vous souhaitez payer par personne.
  2. Saisissez le nombre de personnes pour lesquelles vous souhaitez payer le Zakat du Fitr.
  3. Payer avec des cartes de débit, VISA débit et autres (les transactions sont gérées et sécurisées par PayPal)

Payez Zakat FITR Maintenant

La collecte et la distribution de Zakat Al-Fitr sont gérées par QMC-CMQ selon les directives suivantes :

  1. Zakat Al-Fitr sera donnée, comme nourriture ou en argent comptant, aux pauvres en Égypte avant la prière du Eid.
  2. La collecte de Zakat sera bloquée à minuit le dernier jour du Ramadan, c'est-à-dire que le système de paiement en ligne ne sera plus disponible (car après cette heure, nous ne pourrons pas distribuer l'argent/la nourriture avant la prière de Eid).
  3. La valeur de Zakat tient compte des différentes décisions des Savants et Érudits religieux au Canada (15 et 20 $ CAD par personne). Vous êtes libre de choisir l'opinion que vous souhaitez suivre.
  4. Le montant est calculé selon cette équation pour chaque personne : 2,75 Kg x prix des dattes ou du riz (3 - 7 $ CAD / Kg) ce qui équivaut à environ 15- 20 $ par personne.
  5. Le montent tient en compte aussi les frais de transaction requis pour la collecte d'argent local et pour le transfert d'argent internationalement (0,3 $ frais plat par transaction locale + 3% par transaction locale + 15 $ de frais par chaque transfert international pour la grande somme d'argent).
  6. la totalité de l'argent reçu sera entièrement distribué aux pauvres. QMC ne reçoit rien de cet argent, mais en plus elle paie pour soutenir le processus de réception et de distribution de l'argent aux pauvres.

To Pay Zakat Fitr, follow these three steps:

  1. Choose the amount (CAD dollars) you want to pay per person.
  2. Enter the amount of persons you want to pay Zakat Fitr for.
  3. Pay using debit, VISA debit or other types of cards (transaction are operated and secured by PayPal)

Pay Zakat FITR Now

Zakat Al-Fitr collection and distribution is managed by QMC-CMQ according to the following guidelines:

  1. Zakat Al-Fitr will be given, as food or in cash money, to poor people in Egypt before Salat of Eid.
  2. Collection of Zakat will be blocked at midnight of the last day of Ramadan, i.e. the online payment system will be no more available (because we will not be able to guarantee handing Zakat collected after that time to ).
  3. The value of Zakat accounts for the different decisions of scholars in Canada (15 & 20 $CAD per person). You are free to choose whichever you would like to follow.
  4. It is calculated according to this equation for each person: 2.75 Kg x price of Dates or Rice (3 – 7$ CAD/Kg) equals about 15 – 20 $.
  5. Adding the transaction fees required local money collection and for international money transfer (0.3$ flat fee per local transaction + 3% per local transaction).
  6. All money received will be totally distributed to poor. QMC receives nothing of this money, instead it pays to support the process of receipt and distribution of money to poor.

لدفع زكاة الفطر اتبع الخطوات الثلاث التالية :

1- اختر المبلغ (دولار كندي) الذي تريد دفعه لكل شخص.

2- أدخل عدد الأشخاص الذين تريد دفع زكاة الفطر لهم.

3- ادفع باستخدام بطاقة البنك التي تريد (المعاملات المالية مدارة ومؤمنة بواسطة PayPal)

يتم إدارة جمع وتوزيع زكاة الفطر من قبل QMC-CMQ وفقًا للإرشادات التالية :

* تصرف زكاة الفطر كطعام أو نقود للفقراء في دولة مصر قبل صلاة العيد.

* سيتم حظر تحصيل الزكاة في منتصف ليل آخر يوم من شهر رمضان ، أي لن يكون نظام الدفع عبر الإنترنت متاحًا (لأننا لن نضمن تسليم الزكاة المحصلة بعد ذلك الوقت).

* قيمة زكاة الفطر هي حسب مختلف آراء العلماء في كندا (15 و 20 دولار كندي للفرد). أنت حر في اختيار أيهما ترغب في اتباعه.

* يتم حسابها وفقًا لهذه المعادلة لكل شخص : 2.75 كجم × سعر التمور أو الأرز (3 - 7 دولارات كندي / كجم) ما يساوي حوالي 15 - 20 دولارًا.

* يجب عمل حساب الرسوم التي تختصم في المعاملات المالية اثناء التحصيل وكذلك أثناء التحويل الدولي للأموال والتي هي خارجة عن إرادتنا (0.3 دولار رسوم ثابتة لكل معاملة محلية + 3٪ لكل معاملة محلية).

* سيتم توزيع جميع الأموال الواردة بالكامل على الفقراء. لا تتلقى QMC أي شيء من هذه الأموال ، فهي تدفع بدلاً من ذلك دعما إضافيا لضمان وصول الزكاة إلى المستحقين.

  1. Zakat de la fortune sera donnée en argent comptant, aux nécessiteux de Gaza, Palestine selon la Fatwa de présente dans ce lien.
  2. Nous vous invitons à tenir en compte les frais de transaction requis pour la collecte d'argent local et pour le transfert d'argent internationalement (0,3 $ frais plat par transaction locale plus  3% par transaction locale qui sont soustraites de l'argent que vous payez).
